We are delighted to confirm our promotion into Midland Football League One(ML1).

Gornal fans will be able to watch their club in 12 more games this season as the ML1 will consist of 22 teams. The league contains several local teams, so that means new local derby’s for our fans.

Aswell as our new local derby’s there will also be some long distances to travel to the likes of Nuneaton Town, Allexton & New Parks, Leicester St Andrews, Lutterworth Athletic, Birstall United & more.

Away day fan travel for our long distance games is in the process of being arranged, as we are sure you are as eager as us to visit the many new grounds to us in the ML1.

We are sure it will be an exciting period for the club as we look to establish ourselves at a new level.

Due to an unforeseen delay in planning permission, we will continue playing our home games at Garden Walk for the 2024/25 season.

The move to Burton Road is still on course & the lease is agreed but as a club instead of opting to ground-share elsewhere we have decided to remain at Garden Walk until our new home is built and up to Midland League standard.
